My rectangular buttons came in, so I took the button box apart again and swapped out the square yellow Master Caution for a rectangular amber button and moved it to where one of the black buttons was and added a red rectangular button for Master Warn where the Master Caution used to be. I also wired up the remaining 3 black buttons on top and now all controls are fully wired. Here is a video showing both Master Caution and Master Warn in action, driven by DCS (via DCS-BIOS):
